Skyline charges a Match Fee only after a carrier is selected — not a SaaS subscription and not a fee to peek at contacts. Amounts below match the live payment catalog.
Skyline Match Fee
Paid by the selected transporter after Skyline matches them to a truck — not a pay-to-peek fee.

- Interest is free. Only the selected carrier pays, per truck
- Does not include the shipper↔transporter freight rate
- Payment rails: mobile money / wallet where enabled
Light trip booking
Base platform fee for light-vehicle categories (Bodaboda and related light trips).

- Bodaboda / light booking fee starts at TZS 300
- Some light categories use higher booking fees (e.g. Bajaj, Tuk Tuk, Canter)
- Final amount shown in-app before payment
- Separate from the driver fare negotiated for the trip
Transit Match Fee & contact unlocks
Transit Match Fee uses USD. Contact unlocks for marketplace introductions use TZS.

What Skyline does not charge as “subscription SaaS”
There is no monthly SaaS subscription and no TMS rent. Fleet vehicles, GPS of your own drivers, assignment, and the cargo board stay free. Optional catalog entitlements (fleet intelligence / warehouse WMS) unlock network extras when they exist — never booking or your own fleet GPS.
Shipper↔transporter freight payment terms (for example 80% at loading / 20% on delivery) are informational agreement terms between parties — not Skyline-verified escrow.

Is browsing the cargo board free?
Yes. The public cargo board is free to browse. Log in to express interest or post cargo.
Who pays the Skyline Match Fee?
The selected transporter pays the Skyline Match Fee after they are matched to a truck. Interest is free. The freight rate between shipper and transporter is separate.
Does Skyline hold freight money in escrow?
Not today. Payment terms on cargo are informational. Skyline processes marketplace fees (Match Fee, light booking, wallet) through configured payment rails.
Can fees change?
Yes. Catalog defaults apply unless admin pricing products or legacy settings override them. The in-app checkout always shows the amount you will pay before confirmation.
